An over-aged divorced man named Greg is at his workplace engrossed in painting his dream house. And it's not a good day for him. First his medication runs out, then he gets fired, and then another unexpected event happens. Greg runs from the office to a bar across the street and there he meets a strange woman named Isabel. She claims that everything and everyone around him is not real, but only she and Greg are real.
