Lots and lots of clips from during the Sky Sports coverage of the 1993 Indy 500, which took place on 30th May of that year. (The coverage possibly went past midnight UK time, but let's not split hairs.) Enjoy the few Indy Fax we're treated to, and also to numerous ads - memorable ones include Carling Black Label, KitKat, and Barclaycard, while bonus points to Coca-Cola for throwing some variety into their multiple slots. Keep an eye out also for some unexpected glimpses of Sonic the Hedgehog, Victor Meldrew, and Mel Smith.

By far the most interesting part for me are the promos - Sky Movies, The Movie Channel, Sky One, and multiple upcoming Sky Sports events get mentions, including the tennis, golf, boxing, and wrestling. I'm afraid I've had to blur one of the football promos (twice) because it gets blocked worldwide for reasons I can't fathom. But what remains gives a very good overview of what Sky were pushing in these relatively early days of satellite TV.
