This video is a typical day in my life with type 1 diabetes. I am currently using the Omnipod Dash and FreeStyle Libre 2. In this video I show you how I bolus for different meals, what I eat, temp basalt, and how I exercise with T1D. I go for a lovely walk in Pollok country park through gardens, around the stately home, and a visit to see highland cows. I hope you enjoy this video :)
