This is a snack that you can store for up to 2-3 months if you bake it until it is really dry and crispy on the inside. How to bake and a detailed explanation is in this video. Please activate subtitles.

170 grams of water
75 grams of butter/margarine or coconut oil (Butter is more natural and tasty than margarine)
90 grams of instant oatmeal
105 grams of eggs total weight without the shell (2 medium to large eggs)
1/4-1/2 tsp SALT
1/2 tsp Baking Powder (Optional) Baking powder leaves a slightly bitter aftertaste
*It is not recommended to add sugar, because when baked it will easily burn even before this snack becomes perfectly dry and crunchy. If you want a sweet taste, simply sprinkle with sugar, cover with chocolate, or fill with chocolate spread after the baking process is complete. I prefer to enjoy this snack savory and salty without a sweet taste.
