Under the previous pie in the comments, you asked me to show you how I bake a strawberry pie like this. I, as an obedient woman)))) immediately and fulfilled!
It turned out really delicious: soft and fluffy, and the crunchy caramel crust.... It's hard to describe!
I had:
2 eggs
1 tsp salt without the hill - no, not too much, just right
3.5 tbsp sugar - not enough for us, the dough was almost not sweet
250 ml. whey or kefir
125 ml vegetable oil
0.5 cup (200 ml) of semolina - this time I added it less, by the request of those who don't like semolina (in this quantity it can't be felt at all)
1.5 cup (200ml) sifted flour
10 g of baking powder
about 350 grams of strawberries
2 Tbsp sugar for sprinkles
Starch, semolina or flour 1 tsp without a hill - it's good that I sprinkled it, the pie came out airy
