Belgrade and its merciless world. Filmed at night with anxiety-provoking music, the Serbian capital takes on a disturbing appearance. In this city of around a million and a half inhabitants, ©r1m1n€ll€$ organizations, feared hooligans and gunmen are part of the landscape.

Accustomed to these atmospheres, Jérôme Pierrat has been investigating organized crime in all its forms for more than twenty years. This time, in the company of Olivia Mokiejewski, he was interested in what he calls "the black hole of Europe", namely Serbia, a country of 7 million inhabitants, one of whose specialties seems to be @rm€s tr@fic.

It is estimated that 80% of the weapons of warriors circulating in France come from the former Yugoslavia and in particular from Serbia, a country sheltering formidable gangs of burners roaming Western Europe. A country that has also become a real hub for drug trafficking.
Why do Serbian thugs seem so powerful? What is their support, their possible links with political, police and military leaders? Jérôme Pierrat tries to answer all these delicate questions by questioning numerous witnesses, including certain high-flying thugs who, facing the camera, will keep their hoods on.
