All of this seems to reuse Character's Dizzy/Stun animation sprites but removing animation from them. (Testament Looks better this way, Axl already had no animation for his Dizzy/Stun)

And A.B.A get to be Special Girl who actually gets unique animation just for Time Out/Draw.
