Britannia fifth century AD. Arthur, son of the brutal King Uther Pendragon, pulled the magic sword Excalibur from the sacred rock. Recognized as the chosen one from the gods, he is invested with a noble mission to his people.

Becoming King of Britain, still under the domination of the Roman Empire, he moved the seat of the kingdom to the castle of Kaamelott, with the aim of uniting the Breton clans within the same government.

This government, composed of lords, knights and kings will meet around the Round Table, where they will swear to find the Holy Grail, which received the blood of Christ on the cross.

Arthur married the young Guinevere, daughter of the King Leodagan of Cameliard for strategic and political reasons, and delays in giving an heir to the Kingdom.

Invasion attempts are increasing to the Breton border, the order is preserved by war and diplomatic alliances.

One morning, King Arthur gathered his knights in the largest room of Kaamelott.

General Pitch: fifth century AD. England is still called Brittany. The nascent Christianity and ancient Celtic traditions clash while the Roman Empire collapses. At the crossroads of history, the Kingdom of Kaamelott then appears as the new beacon of civilization. Invested with a divine mission, King Arthur attempts to guide his people towards the light.
