A friend from Odessa shared her traditional dish of Odessa cuisine - “Odessa stewed nalistniki with cottage cheese in the oven.” These are the most delicious pancakes I have ever tried!
The thinnest pancakes, airy filling and tiny size make them unique❤️

📌Ingredients:
🥞Thin pancakes - 25 pcs 24 cm
🥞800 ml milk
🥞4 pcs eggs
🥞1.5 tbsp sugar
🥞a pinch of salt
🥞250 g wheat flour
🥞2 tbsp cornstarch
🥞100 ml water
Filling:
📌Cottage cheese - 700 gr
📌Raisins - 100 gr
📌Cranberry - 100 gr
