This video demonstrates how to use mail merge to merge photos into a Microsoft Word document. The tutor uses an Access database as the data source and explains that the database has file paths to photos. The tutor then starts the mail merge process by adding the database as the data source. The tutor then inserts the name and surname fields followed by the photo field. The tutor covers what happens if you just continue with the merge process, basically only the file path is merged. The tutor returns to the main document and inserts several merge fields around the photo field. When the merge process continues the photos appear and not the file path.
