Paper Mario TTYD Was the third attempt Nintendo made at translating the platformer to turn based combat, and the second outing by Intelligent Systems. Many consider it to be the peak of Mario RPGs, as it evolves both gameplay and story elements from its predecessor. However, it is far from a perfect game, with several commonly know flaws, such as excessive backtracking and a lack of difficulty. In yet another attempt to pivot from Fire Emblem to Paper Mario, I thought I'd take a brief look at one of my favorite games of all time. This ended up being an hour. Oops.
