Oatmeal and apple in a mug. I've been sugar-free for a year. I lost 10 kg when I stopped eating white sugar. A simple recipe that anyone can do. Incredibly delicious. Be sure to prepare it.

1 cup (100 g) oatmeal.
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1 teaspoon baking powder. Salt.
Rinse 3 tablespoons of raisins in hot water.
Rinse 10-12 pieces of dried apricots in hot water.
1 egg. 3 tablespoons butter, pre-melt.
3.5 oz (100 g) Greek yogurt.
2 medium apples.
4 medium cups.
Bake in preheated oven at 360F/180C for approximately 30-35 minutes.
7 oz (200 g) mascarpone or cream cheese.
1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
1 tablespoon honey (optional).
