ਸ਼ਹਿਦ ਆਪਣਿਆਂ ਛੱਤਿਆਂ ‘ਚੋਂ ਲਾਹ ਕੇ ਦੇ ਗਏ।
ਅਸੀਂ ਰਸ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਮਿਲਾ ਕੇ,
ਸੁੱਚੇ ਇਸ਼ਕੇ ਦੀ ਚਾਸ਼ਣੀ ਬਣਾਈ ਜਾਣ ਕੇ।

ਮੇਰਾ ਗੀਤ ਜੇਹਾ ਮਾਹੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਅੱਖੀਆਂ ਮਿਲਾਵੇ,
