FYI: Jim Shields worked on an 80s thriller called "F/X", and he seemed to reuse a few sounds from the original "Alien" film... Note: (Time Code Reference Below):

1. At (0:10) - I edited and mixed two similar scenes from "Alien" to emphasize the audio effect.
2. (0:31-1:44) Scene from "F/X" (1986) with familiar computer sounds from "Alien" (1979).
3. (1:53) Strange tube sound added for the self destruct system in "Alien" (1979).
4. (2:14) This strange sound effect was also used during the face plaster scene in "F/X" (1986).
