Napoleon cake! This is a delicious, classic Napoleon cake recipe in a new way. The cake turns out tender and crispy, and the cream is simple and amazingly tasty. This is a family cake recipe that has been tested over the years. In this video I offer a more simplified method of preparing dough. So simple and fast, and the results are simply incredible!! So feel free to cook, you won’t regret it!

👉 Recipe:

✅️ Step 1:

Flour - 250g..
Butter - 125g.
Salt - a pinch
Vodka - 1 tbsp. (or vinegar 5-9%)
Water - 90ml.

✅️ Step 2:

Milk - 500ml.
Sugar - 150g.
Flour - 50g.
Egg - 1 pc.
Butter - 100g.
Vanillin - 0.5g.

✔️The diameter of the cakes is 22 cm.
✔️Bake at 210°C, ~ 7 minutes
✔️6 cake layers + 1.5 for sprinkles
