우크라 동부전선 위기 속 진격 속도 내는 러시아 "우크라 동부 베르디치 장악"

Russia is continuing its push in eastern Ukraine, making further strategic gains against established defensive positions, as Kyiv waits for support from the U.S.
Russia's Defense Ministry said on Thursday that it had "completely liberated the settlement of Berdychi in the Donetsk People’s Republic," adding that Russian forces had "improved their tactical positions."
This follows earlier Russian attacks which forced Ukrainian forces to give up positions in Donetsk last week.
U.S. President Joe Biden signed a military aid bill for Ukraine worth 61 billion U.S. dollars on April 24th.
