CAESAR Salad! Restaurant-Style Recipe

Hello everyone!
I offer you a Caesar salad with exquisite and very delicate sauce. So, we will need the following ingredients:

Chicken breast - 200 g
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Salt, pepper - to taste
Herbes de Provence
Bread for croutons - 6 slices
Quail eggs - 8
Cherry tomatoes - 8
Iceberg lettuce - 1/2 head (can be replaced with Napa cabbage)
Parmesan cheese - 50 grams

For the dressing:
Olive oil - 3 tbsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
French mustard - 1 tsp
Honey - 1 tsp
Sour cream (or yogurt) - 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper - to taste

So, let's start by making the croutons. Cut the bread into cubes. In a skillet, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, put the bread cubes there, and sprinkle with Herbes de Provence, pepper, and salt. Mix well and fry over medium heat until golden brown. The croutons are ready, transfer them to a bowl to cool.

On a large plate, arrange the iceberg lettuce leaves in arbitrary pieces.
Then, cut the chicken breast into small pieces and place it on the lettuce. If the chicken breast is already cooked, simply cut it into pieces. I pre-baked the breast in the oven. I baked it for 40 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
Next, cut the quail eggs in half and place them on the plate.
Also, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and arrange them on the plate.

Now let's prepare the dressing. For this, pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil into a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of honey, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of French mustard, 2 tablespoons of sour cream (or yogurt), a pinch of salt, and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.

Pour the prepared dressing over our salad.

Then, slice the Parmesan cheese into slices and place it on the salad.

Here is the colorful and very tasty Caesar salad ready. From these ingredients, I got 2 large portions of salad.
