President Biden will address economic issues in a speech from Wilmington, N.C., Thursday afternoon.

Biden is expected to announce funding to replace lead pipes around the country.

Earlier on Thursday, the president stopped in Charlotte, N.C., to express condolences to the families of four law enforcement officers who were killed by a shootout Monday.

Biden is slated to speak beginning at 4:30 p.m. EDT.
