WONKA" STARRING TIMOTHEE CHALAMET DEBUTS WITH AN 85% SCORE ON ROTTEN TOMATOES

Wonka, a movie starring Tomothee Chalamet was released on October 24th 2023 to the National Association of Theatre Owners, it was released in the UK on December 8th, 2023 is set to be released in the US on December 15th, 2023. Although the movie isn’t fully released everywhere, it already has an 85% score on Rotten Tomatoes, let’s find out why! Wonka is a musical fantasy film based on the origin story of Willy Wonka! He always had dreams of opening his own shop, in his city which is well known for chocolatiers. The problem is, Wonka is young and on top of that he is poor. There are already existing chocolatiers in his town who he finds to be rather greedy. Now that we know the plot, let’s talk about the main character. Timothée Chalamet is a 27 year old talented actor who has gained a lot of attention for his performances in various films such as, "Call Me by Your Name" and "Lady Bird." Many people admire his acting skills and unique style. Chalamet was born in manhattan and was born into an extremely artistic family! His sister is an actress and his uncle is a director and his grandfather is a screenwriter! He had a successful childhood and young adult life, appearing in many films. By 2017 he became the youngest winner of the NYFCC’s Best Actor Prize Award, for call me by your name. He has had a successful career so far and hopefully Wonka will prove that even more.
