Susan Vroman shares how she goes about leading people. Susan is a Senior Lecturer of Management at Bentley University whose research focuses on women’s leadership and remote work enablement, and is also an organizational and leadership effectiveness consultant. Her consulting niche is in entrepreneurial businesses that are “coming of age” and where the people business was recently invited to the table.
