3 medium eggs
60 grams – sour cream or natural thick yogurt
80 grams – vegetable oil
90 grams – sugar
140 grams – wheat flour
30 grams – potato starch
10 grams – baking powder for dough
12 grams – vanilla sugar
Salt – a pinch


Pie filling

300 – 500 grams – berries


Sprinkle pie

Powdered sugar optional


Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 50 minutes.
