Danny Chats Episode 28 features special guest Denise Redeker.

Denise had a heart transplant in 2018 and is very open about her journey through recovery.

Denise faced a few obstacles along the way but is now doing really well and is often out running, hiking or holding charity events for Heartfelt Help Foundation.
