It's been a couple months since our last newsletter in November. So here's what's new at TSTV:

We had our general meeting in January and recruited lots of new volunteers. Over 200 students showed up to check out our 18 shows in production, which is an all time record!

Our webmaster, Chris Renke, is designing a TSTV app for Android and iOS. We'll release it in a few weeks, and you'll be able to use it to watch all our shows on your phone or tablet.

TSTV alum and OWN star, Zach Anner, donated $33,000 of his contest winnings to TSTV in January. We're super excited and looking forward to using the donation for improving the station and moving towards HD.

We've got an interview with Burnie Burns, the creator of Red vs Blue at Roosterteeth. Before he got his start online, he learned his production skills here at TSTV. He actually started the show, Sneak Peek, a show that still airs today. It's our longest running show! He talks about how he got started here.

Next time you pick up a copy of The Daily Texan, look on the front page for a sidebar that'll tell you what's airing during primetime that night. We're supper excited for this collaboration!

And to wrap it all up, the first VGHL tournament of the semester will be at The Local on Guadalupe on March 2. Sign up on our website and join in on the fun!
