A gigantic meteorite is heading towards Earth and threatens to wipe out the human race in a manner similar to the extinction of the dinosaurs.

As Earth's governments begin to implement several plans to deflect and then destroy the meteorite, a couple, Jason and Ashley, search for their missing child in Los Angeles, despite the various disasters triggered by the approaching meteorite. Earth. Jason and Ashley quickly realize that it is not with technology that they will be able to find their little girl or deflect the meteorite, but with faith and religion. They then manage to find their daughter just as the meteorite is about to collide with the Earth. As they try to cheer themselves up by telling themselves that they will see each other again soon, the meteorite is now about to collide with Earth.
