1 cup oatmeal.
50g raisins.
50g nuts.
1 banana.
100 ml water.
40g oat flakes.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.

Recipe 2
100 g oat flakes.
150 ml milk.
2 eggs.
1 banana.
1 apple.
Cinnamon.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.

Recipe 3
1 cup oatmeal.
1/2 cup oatmeal.
1 apple and 1 banana.
Cinnamon.
2 tablespoons coconut oil.
40g walnuts.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
Let cool down.

Recipe 4
130 g oat flakes.
240 ml hot water.
Leave on for 5 minutes.
2 eggs.
2 teaspoons stevia.
vanilla extract.
100g yogurt.
50g melted butter.
1 apple.
80g blueberries.
5g baking powder.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 50 minutes.
