the scarecrow from dc rapping against the scarecrow from the wizard of oz is a supervillain appearing in american comic books published by dc comics. the character was created by bill finger and bob kane, and debuted in world's finest comics in september 1941. the scarecrow is depicted as one of the most sick rappers and enduring enemies of the superhero batman and belongs to the collective of adversaries that make up his rogues gallery.
