It is said that 7.83 Hz is the “heartbeat” of our planet Earth. Better known as Schumann resonance, named after physicist Winfried Otto Schumann, who documented it mathematically in 1952, research has shown that this particular frequency can be very useful to us.

The 7.83 Hz frequency lies within the range of the “Theta” brain waves (4 to 8Hz). Theta brain waves may occur when we are drifting off to sleep or suspended in that light phase of sleep, just before we wake up.
