Danny formed in the Caribbean, it made landfall on Cuba as a C1, later entered into the GOM and rapidly intensified into a C5, becoming the 1st of 4, it weakened into a C4 due to an EWRC before re-intensifying into a C5 and made landfall on LA maintaining that intensity, it weakened inland before becoming EX, regenerating into an SS for 12hrs before becoming EX again. On Late August, Elena formed just before making landfall on Cuba as an TD, intensifying inland into a TS, entered the GOM and intensified into the 2nd C5, peaking with 180mph before slaming near Biloxi, MS as a 160mph C5 and dissipating inland persisting into SEP.

Both dissipated without causing damages. On Mid-September Henri formed just north of the Caribbean and peaked into a C1 before dissipating out the sea, it coexisted with Ida. Ida formed near Cape Verde and stayed as a weak TS in early stages of his life, it intensified into a HU near the Caribbean moving north of it and rapidly-intensified into a 200mph C5 before weakening and slamming NC as a C5, and then impacting NorthEast Coast of US as a C4, it coexisted with Juan. Juan formed just off the East Coast of US before impacting as a TS those places.

Later in late-November, Mindy formed just north of PR before affecting the Bahamas as a C1 and later making landfall on Cuba as a C2, it entered into the GOM where it rapidly intensified into the 4th C5 of the season, weakening due to an EWRC and the re-intensifying into a C5 prior to landfall on FL Panhandle.
