Street Style Indian Veg Chowmein Recipe In Hindi || Easy To Make At Home.

Ingredients:

• 200 grams of chowmein noodles (boiled according to package instructions)
• 1 cup mixed vegetables (sliced carrots, bell peppers, cabbage, onions, etc.)
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1-inch piece of ginger, mince
• 2-3 green chilies, chopped (adjust according to spice preference)
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon chili sauce
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• Salt to taste
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• Spring onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add minced garlic, ginger, and chopped green chilies. Stir-fry for a minute until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are slightly tender but still crisp.
4. Add the boiled noodles to the skillet along with soy sauce, chili sauce (if using), vinegar, sugar, and salt. Toss everything together until well combined.
5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the noodles are heated through and well coated with the sauce.
6. Garnish with chopped spring onions, if desired.
