I explore the wave pool and lazy river of the Mandalay Bay Beach, find an old rollercoaster I once rode now dismantled and stored in the Nevada desert, ride the Big Apple rollercoaster (again!) and experience a new flying theater attraction that promises to be the Soarin' of Las Vegas.
