Bringing you the latest choreography by the very graceful Roza Rana!

Roza’s Bollywood class at our studio involves intensive, much needed, warm up sessions followed by drills of trending Bollywood moves such as dipping, thumkas, hook step etc. She incorporates a few of phrases which concentrate on across the floor jumps, body postures, expressions (Navrasa), improving core strength, working on body isolations, and gauging musicality. Second half of the session is dedicated to choreography. During this section, she also focuses on using facial expressions and working on dramatizing each movement to encapsulate our Bollywood culture!
