A fast, inexpensive and delicious "CLOUD" cake! Without cream and cheese! Very gentle, melts in mouth!
Without gelatin!
INGREDIENTS for the cake (diameter 20 cm)
2 medium-sized eggs
8 g vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
100 g of sugar
50 ml of milk (room temperature)
50 g of odorless vegetable oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
lemon zest (a little)
125 g flour
6 g baking powder
bake in a preheated oven at
170° C (340° F) in the upper-lower mode without convection for about 25 minutes
INGREDIENTS for custard:
bring 350 ml of 3.5% fat milk to a boil
120 g of sugar
30 g of corn starch
8 g vanilla sugar
150 ml of cold milk with 3.5% fat content
3 egg yolks
200 g softened butter
480 g canned peaches
peach juice for impregnation (70-100 ml)
INGREDIENTS for ITALIAN MERINGUE for decoration
3 egg whites from medium-sized eggs (about 100 g egg whites)
8 g vanilla sugar
for the syrup:
250 g of sugar
75 ml of water
1/2 tsp citric acid or 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
