It’s been 31 years since “The Who’s ‘Tommy’” premiered on Broadway and now it’s back and rocking the crowd more than ever. Behind this revival, is director Des McAnuff, who created the rock opera with The Who band member Pete Townshend. FOX 5 NY’s Chris Welch spoke to him about what it’s been like to bring the show back to the great white way.
