Incidents of violence against women have shocked Australians over decades. Efforts to prevent that violence have gained support in moments of crisis like the one we are living through now.

The challenge for governments state and federal is how to eradicate violence that manifests in many different ways from murder, to assault, to insidious forms of control that leave no obvious mark.
