Katie Britt is a Senator. A United States Senator. Some people in Alabama voted to make her a member of the U.S. Senate! and somebody in the GOP decided Katie would be the perfect woman to give the rebuttal to President Biden's State of the Union speech. For that, we non-republicans will be eternally grateful.
