Sanibel and Captiva Island opened back up on October 21st, 2022 for residents and passholders.

Please forgive the shakey, unfocused video. The truth is I was terrified and devastated... and I took the video to focus on something else a bit without the intention of posting it. But the damage is something everyone should see. So I spruced it up a little, but it's still pretty rudimentary.
