After passing my PRMC on the 1st of November 2016 I decided to list some helpful tips that I wish I had known before heading down to lympstone that would have made the beautiful hell a tad more bearable

I am by no means an expert on the PRMC to only take my advice if you feel it will benefit you personally

EDIT: As of this week (1st May 2017) I am no longer undergoing RT with 117trp (RM) however am leaving this video up as people have found it helpful and I feel it will help lads who are looking to join in the future.
