Ingredients and preparation:
3 pork chops
1 ½ tsp salt
3 tsp chopped rosemary
Zest of 1 lemon (yellow part only)
3 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp parsley (or fennel sprigs)
¾ tsp fennel seeds
A pinch of chili flakes
1-2 tbsp olive oil or other oil
1-2 tbsp cooking oil


2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion
1 carrot
800 g white cabbage
Salt
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp dried parsley
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried onion
5-6 eggs
Salt
20-30 g Parmesan cheese (optional)
