Dough:
75 g flour
50 g ice cold butter
25 g ice water
1 st. l. lemon juice
a pinch of salt

Filling:
150 g cream 10-15%
2 eggs
200 g sweet pepper
100 g bryndza or other cheese
20 small olives or 10-12 large ones
oregano
salt and pepper
