Re-recorded version of the presentation made for the Notice of Preparation (NOP) Scoping Meeting for the Pier View Way Bridge & Lifeguard Headquarters and Beachfront Phase II Project Programmatic Environmental Impact Report (PEIR). The scoping meeting consisted of a brief presentation followed up with an “open house” style format outreach meeting.
