🚨🚨🚨UPDATE: Prior to the events in the video, the ship experienced a list to starboard against the dock. It appears the ship was top heavy to begin with, either from the deck cargo or not enough fuel and ballast. Many of the people on the dock were the crew who were ordered off as they attempted to adjust the stability by offloading cargo.🚨🚨🚨
