I've been a fan of Floating Cloud since they've made there youtube channel,    / piroro0105  
I've always enjoyed listening to them especially while cycling the Wicklow Mountains, Ireland.

I've only come across this album a week ago, I am not familiar with what the video game Kantai Collection is that Floating Cloud are tributing, like most fans of them I am only familiar with their covers of the video game series Touhou.

I chose this song because it reminded me as a small folk festival I was at over the summer (2015) in the Obaöstarreich region of Austria. I only first heard this song last week when I was cycling beside a "national primary road" in the late December drizzle, so this song helped me to avoid reality and bring me back to my holiday :)

I've also become obsessed with the Huqin instrument lately that is the instrument the character in the picture is playing, I've bought myself a handcrafted Ehru for my birthday a few months ago. I have a small acoustic collection consisting of a Piccolo Mandolin, Coconut Kalimba, self made Kalimba, semi acoustic Mandolin and coincidentally am making an American A-Style Mandolin as part of a carpentry/furniture course in college.
