Do not fry the fish, try to bake it according to this recipe. I have never eaten such delicious fish. This fish recipe has become my favorite recipe. Useful, delicious and easy. When I have fish, I bake it in the oven according to this recipe. Cook with joy! Cook with love!

Cooking recipe and ingredients:

3 fish (pollack).
Cut into large pieces.
Place in bag or bowl.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
1 teaspoon Herbes de Provence.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
30 ml sunflower oil.
Rub the spices in well.
Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
2-3 onions.
Place the onion on a baking sheet.
Put the fish on the onion.
Cover with moist baking paper and bake at 190°C for 30-35 minutes.
3-4 medium-sized potatoes.
add water.
Rinse well.
Dry well with a towel or paper towel.
Add 2 eggs.
1 teaspoon of salt.
A pinch of black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
1 teaspoon of paprika.
65 grams of flour.
Mix well.
Chop 1 onion.
2 tablespoons yogurt.
2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
2 tablespoons tomato sauce.
A pinch of black pepper.
Mix well.
Any vegetable oil.
Fry for 3-4 minutes on medium/high heat.
Flip and fry on low heat for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
