I have had:
350 g of any minced meat
onions, adjust the amount to your liking.
salt
pepper
dried garlic
sweet paprika
you can add fresh herbs - even tastier
garnish:
1 cup barley (dry), cup volume 330 ml.
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 bulb
1 carrot
1 sweet pepper
20 g butter
1 tbsp tomato paste
a pinch of sugar
salt
2 bay leaves
allspice 5 pcs
dill
hot water about 600-700 ml
All good and positive!
