Hans Erixon, who is an engineer and self-employed with a background in Swedish and foreign industry, comments on the privacy threat as the World Economic Forum's (WEF) concepts for the "Digital Identity" and the "Digital Identity Wallet" are introduced.

Erixon believes that medical control is now paired with digital control over individuals' private finances. Only the positive aspects such as rationalization are highlighted and there is an overconfidence in technological solutions. Not everything is bad about this digitalization, says Erixon.

A digital system can determine how many people are in Sweden, and how many passports have been issued, and it is possible to prevent people from misusing coordination numbers. Failure to check fingerprints means the system can be misused, such as the digital wallet. Everything should be based on blockchain technology, and that technology also needs to be based on people not cheating with passports and identities.

Facial recognition technology will be a crucial technology because it is more reliable than fingerprints, according to Hans Erixon.

In China, automated fines have been introduced using facial recognition. If someone runs a red light, they get a ticket. The same can apply to speeding.

Erixon talks about the closed communication network Top Link, which is never accessible to the public. Introduced by the World Economic Forum in 2009, Top Link is used to allow top politicians and officials to communicate without the messages ending up in the registries.
