I love this salad! Bright and balanced, and the Waldorf salad is great for the holiday dinner and for everyday life - just a brilliant. And the set of ingredients is nowhere simpler!

Salad "Waldorf"

1 sweet and sour apple
3-4 celery stalks
30 g walnuts
1 st. l. mayonnaise (I have homemade    • Домашний МАЙОНЕЗ блендером за минуту!...  )
1-2 tbsp. l. lemon juice
a handful of raisins (non-classic)
salt and pepper
