Lasertube systems are BLM GROUP 2D and 3D tube laser cutting machines for tubes, bars and profiles, from 12 mm to 610 mm (.5” to 24") in diameter and up to 18 m (60') in length.

The BLM GROUP tube laser cutting technology consolidates more than six different operations into one working cycle on a single machine. BLM GROUP tube laser cutting machines are designed to cut any hole on tubes of different sections, in a fully programmed automatic cycle, thus eliminating all traditional sawing, deburring, drilling, lining-up and removal operations carried out on conventional machines.

All profiles, bars, special section tubes are automatically ready to be cut through a full automatic loading and unloading process.

3D-laser cutting head allows users to create beveled edges while cutting out the contours of each part which automatically prepares parts for welding during the cutting process.

Traditional fixed costs of punches, clamps, tools, masks and prints are completely eliminated thanks to ArTube, BLM GROUP's proprietary CAD/CAM, specific for 3D CAD programming, manipulation and design of tubular pieces and frames.
