Eminem's Response to MGK's "Rap Devil" Seemingly Ready to Drop

Following the acid-laced diss track "Rap Devil" from Machine Gun Kelly going at Eminem, many speculated that the Detroit rapper will play it down and ignore MGK.
This made sense especially looking at all the props MGK gave Eminem on the track as one of the greatest rappers of all time.

That doesn't seem very likely anymore.
Eminem had an Instagram life session which many consider to be confirmation of an impending Eminem response to "Rap Devil".
He was seen playing the video game Pacman

You could argue this means nothing.
However, most people don't realize that he announced the release of Kamikaze the same way.
Just before the album drop, Eminem went life on Instagram showing flying warplanes.
Obviously, everybody did not understand and soon after, Kamikaze dropped.

So what is the significance of the video game Pacman and a potential MGK diss track?
