Ingredients:

70 g soft butter
130 g sugar, 1/3 tsp. salt
Vanilla, orange zest
2 medium eggs
+/- 300 g flour
1 tsp. baking powder

I use 50 g of each: cranberries,
almonds, candied fruits

180°C ~ 20 min, then cut
and bake 170°C ~ 10 min_
