For filling :
Pumpkin ..................................... 1,500 g
Onions.........................800 gr
Salt .....................................2 tsp
Ground black pepper......1 tsp
Ground red pepper .....1.5 tsp
Zira ..................................... 1 tsp
Vegetable oil.............40 ml
Lamb fat ...........................200 gr
